Zillow reportedly has about 7,000 homes that it now needs to unload—many for prices lower than it originally paid. Today’s guests explain that Zillow’s pricing problem is the number one problem for new real estate investors.

The hardest thing with real estate is 1 finding a
"The property" before cash buyers. 2 the government dictates the interest rate. I want to get a heloc and wait for the crash and buy a few.

Robert did not get to exploit what Brandon and David have to offer. Subject topics were superficial in this program. Bigger pockets is my education to all aspects to real estate. No need for college and a real estate liscense. Roberts books created the skeleton and bones. Brandon and Dave's podcast are the meat and fat.

Thank you Mike and Groove. That makes sense. Though prices are up, we used this opportunity to purchase 4 more properties at a much lower cost only because of the rent moratorium. Landlords are fed up and dumping their rentals left and right. We decided to sit on them if we have to, until the government steps back out of their over reach. Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in a twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you are no longer accumulating but withdrawing its hard to be anything but cautious.
