Before and after clutch kit rzr xpt

Aftermarket Assassins S2 clutch kit on a 2020 rzr xp turbo. Upgraded to 32 inch Tusk Terrabites on tusk bead lock wheels (59lbs) Stock wheels and tires weigh around (40lbs). The heavier wheels and tires killed the performance. Tried searching YouTube didn’t see any videos on how much difference a clutch kit really makes.

Rpms before the clutch kit were 8100-8200 after the the clutch kit they are between 8400-8600 which is optimal. The video angle doesn’t accurately show the tach.

Speedometer is off about 10 percent so 54 mph is 60 mph and 73 mph is 80mph.

0-60 before was approximately 6 seconds
0-60 after is approximately 5.5 seconds

The biggest difference is in the low end punch like 0-40. Not much difference on top end. These runs were in 2wd with some obvious tire spin, a fair amount more with the clutch kit. The difference would have been even more in 4wd. Would have compared 4wd but the clutch kit was already installed, only had the 2wd stock video to compare. Both runs were on the same day with half a tank of gas and two passengers. Everything else is stock on this rzr. Top speed is 85 mph, never went after top speed before the clutch kit. Overall I would say it was worth it. I paid ($250) for the clutch kit, would buy it again.
