How To Start A Poultry Farm With LITTLE MONEY

If you're new to my channel, my name is Daniel Masaba. I am a retired medical doctor, the Founder and Director of Farm Up. It's a farming enterprise that did over $1,500,000 in revenue last year and is on course to beat that this year. We mainly focus on poultry farming, that's breeding day old chicks for supply to farmers, and production of table eggs on a large scale. But, how did I get here?

2016: Graduated as a doctor at 24.
2019: Started my first poultry farm with 800 chickens on borrowed land.
2021: Co-founded a breeder farm with a partner on 400 acres of land
2021: Resigned from my job as a doctor to focuss on my businesses
2022: Passed $1,000,000 in annual revenue from the poultry business
2024: Started the Farm Up Academy to help othe poultry farmers start and scale their farms.

Hi Dr, all along I've been trying 2 budget 4 a layer farm but I've this one thing, am from Uganda Eastern, could u please tell me d cost of a day old layer chick n maybe d range 2 start with.
U c early this year I had 2 do piggery coz I saw it was a little cheaper 2 handle it's housing but come next year I'll b selling my pigs n raise capital 4 a dream poultry farm
