Few things to mention:
1-Mika, Gray's mother, was never shown in the manga, I don't know where you get that picture, but that's not canon.
2-Makarov is the 3rd master of FT, the second one was Precht/Hades.
3-You forgot to mention Ignia, Igneel's biological son
4-Imitatia was just a doll. Lucy doesn't have a sister neither real or adopted

If you think about it, Natsu is brothers with the "legendary black wizard", ZEREF, and Sister in law MAVIS, the "First Guild Master". Who is also practically relatives with all the founding members of "Fairytail". Which means he family with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 8th master of the guild. Also his adoptive father is the "King of dragons", Igneel. Which just logically means every "main" character of any anime, has the most OP Relatives.

Actually, Lucy is the main protagonist, everyone forgets that cause the shows turns it's focus more towards Natsu
Edit: Ok, so after a lot of comments I will agree that Natsu is the main character, however I think we can all agree that Lucy is the main female character

Actually I think Fairy Tail is about the adventure of Lucy, that is why Natsu is included in some videos entitled characters who stole the spotlight or something like that hahaha

Finished fairy tail in august a day before school I’m still not over it and I recently finished bleach last week to hear it’s comeback I’ve read hundred years quest and I’m so satisfied besides everything that’s been going on this year these shows really helped me with depression I’m glad

Makarov isn’t the second master, the second master is Precht, an old friend of Mavis’ who turned to dark magic and became Hades, the master of Grimoire Heart AFTER he handed down Fairytail to Makarov
