That little sassy walk, very evident when she was wearing her sweater(? I couldn't tell because of all the fur), was cuteness overload. And, yes, she's spoiled, but really not obnoxious about it. No incessant barking or jumping, just maybe one paw and that face - I like to call it that "Precious Moments" face - where they just stare at you with eyes that just look like big liquid pools. Our pets are so important to our well-being and this was especially demonstrated during the pandemic. I know my own mother, 88 years old, was much comforted during all the isolation, by my brothers dog. He travels extensively for work and after the death of his wife, he would leave Maggie Mae the Pug, with Mom. During covid, it was decided to leave Maggie with her permanently. Mom and Maggie are still doing well and suit each other beautifully. Having a pet gives one something to get up in the morning and care for and got many of our elders through an unsure and scary time. This video really brought that home.
