Though their stats are a bit wrong because they only used the "gaming" category for youtube streams, while using all categories for twitch ones, Watame is actually at 3.60M watched hours, making her 8th.
It's especially easy to tell when looking at their "peak viewers" category where the top girl has over 350k ccv from the Streamer Award event, but none of the holos have their 3d lives numbers.

It's very good. Like Soulend said though, SteamCharts basically knee-caps anyone on Youtube in a head-to-head comparison with Twitch streamers. Everything on Twitch gets counted but ONLY things under YoutubeGaming get counted for YT. If they counted EVERY stream Watame would have actually been in 8th!
