🙋🏻‍♀️ you have beeny Guru since you lectured in 1990s at a UCSD women’s conference on menopause. Have purchased and give many of your books over the years. But my favorite of all has been your CD The POWER OF JOY. I still take it with to listen as I drive.

What impressed me the most was your statement that you’d practiced for 30 years and your conclusion was to “get out if the boat”. I’ve been ashore since my early 20s when healthy natural food eating was considered a hippie thing. Although I couldn’t be one with family responsibilities as I would have enjoyed I stuck with clean eating.

Every time I needed a doctor I was given drugs which my body rejected.

Your message has truly been a “breath if life”.

I’m rarely if ever sick, still driving wherever I want, recently did a solo road trip if 2000 miles, just bought a more comfortable vehicle, and continue to seek JOY in the chosen family members and experiences that bring me that JOY while discarding the “vampires” that don’t.

So I continue to listen to your voice

I love that you speak about the need to address trapped negative emotions in our bodies. First comes the emotions, then if not resolved, physical imbalances are then manifested. This is our Souls way of trying to shout its message to us. What a great shame it is that children are not taught metaphysics in school. Fortunately, we have teachers such as Tony Mills, Soul Whisperer, helping people translate their bodies needs. 🙏

I like your affirmations about time. Ever since having cancer 9 years ago, I've felt much more pressure about doing things in life, because it felt like I had a new sense of how limited time is and how it might run out or things bad can happen at any moment so I'd better hurry up and enjoy life. Although I've done a lot as a result and had lots of good times, it's also put a lot of additional stress onto me which I feel has been detrimental.

I turn 50 in a month and just came from doctors yesturday. Haven't been in over 10 years. After all my tests so far...looksl ike im in excellent health. I never go to doctors. I have a fasting lifestyle and am active .
My spirit is where I want to expand and work on:) 😃
