33:05 I’ve just worked out what Clarkson was on about when he talked about OFCOM.
The previous week he’d been a guest on The One Show talking about public sector workers on strike. And after talking about how good it was he then stated that “We have to balance this though because this is the BBC.” And started saying he’d have them shot in front of their families.
OFCOM ruled that this was okay to broadcast because it clearly wasn’t to be taken seriously,

Just less than 5 mins in, they mention the Bentley Bentayga as a concept and they hate it. Funny how time rolls on and they eventually like it.
That's one thing I like about about watching back on these. The concepts they take the piss out of sometimes turn out successful.
