The new VisuNet FLX product line from Pepperl+Fuchs is a modular and customizable HMI solution that can be configured to customer specifications while maintaining industry-leading hazardous area certifications, ruggedness, and reliability.

•Direct monitors

All models come in either panel mount or enclosed configurations with a variety of mounting options including wall mounts, rotating pedestals, or custom mounting solutions tailored to your specifications.

Options include an HD display with optical bonding and 10-finger capacitive touch screen designed for use in hazardous areas from ATEX/IECEx Zone 2/22 and Class I,II,III Div. 2 to general purpose applications due to IP66/Type 4x front side protection and IP20 backside protection.

With 21.5”, 19”, and 15.6” display sizes and a range of industrial-grade processor/RAM/memory options up to Intel i5/16 GB DDR4 RAM/512 GB SATA drive and Windows 10 LTSC standard operating system on PC models, the VisuNet FLX series is fully modular and offers application flexibility.

Each component of the FLX is individually certified, allowing on-site repairs with minimal downtime and cost.

Suitable for use in petrochemical and chemical applications, the VisuNet FLX has a smooth surface with rounded bezel edges that prevent the accumulation of bacteria or liquids, meeting strict hygiene requirements that also make it suitable for pharmaceutical applications.
