#Titan #Crash Pads (Silencer Drop Pads) for Block Pulls

I recently purchased a set of Titan Fitness Crash Pads (aka Silencer Drop Pads) and tried them out with block pulls. As shown in the video, they do a great job of deadening sound and vibration.

Here are links to everything used in the video. Thanks for watching!

I'm not as enthusiastic about the wedges as my regular Runow deadlift jack, though the portability is a plus.

I saw another guy built a wood box that he put between the pads so it’s like lifting off the ground. Just an idea. Edited- just got to the end of the video, you know.

Nice review thanks. When loading plates with the pads, do you prefer using the wedges or the jack?

In the video they seem really quiet. Do you think I could use these in an apartment building? I'm currently using my strap safety, which works pretty well, but this seems even better.

Do you have any additional attachments to your t3 stand? I have one too and have a squatmax, pull-up bar and short pulley tower attached to it. I did however had to cut a 2x4 and brace it between the tower and the stand. Will get the lever arms and hopefully a seal roll pad.
