The Rico skin is not random at all if you have not seen before the Brawl stars devs like to reference certain characters in media with the skins like with mecha edgar being tony stark and one of the variant being Shinjis mech from evangalion or Surge being a reference to Gurren Laggan with the shades and that he calls himself bro and red jacket rico is the same as them being a refrance to Akira
