I read a scientific study once on rice as it responds to words. The scientist had three bowls of rice.
Bowl one: he spoke ugly to the bowl of rice. Within a few days it got black mold.
Bowl two: he ignored it, didn't say anything. It lasted a little longer but eventually got moldy also.
Bowl three: he spoke complimentary, nice words to it, praising it daily. That bowl lasted 3 weeks before it started to change color.

Taking that study into consideration, I would imagine if you prayed positive thoughts for happy, healthy hair over your rice water before use, you may expect even better results.

I put a few spoons of rice powder in a bowl with hot water, stired and let it sit for about 1 hour. After all the powder settled, I poured the milky liquid in a bottle.
