Tackling the easiest and the hardest parts of the AWD Rsx Swap!
In this video, we cut and welded out the driveshaft tunnel under the car, as well as welded in the top diff brace from the Hub City Performance AWD Mount Kit.
We wired up the Deatschwerks FS 2.0 Fuel cell surge tank with a brushless 440 pump and a controller. In the next video, we should get this thing started up and ripping shortly!

Keep the sheet metal brake, with a tubing bender you have the base tools for just about any fab. Until cnc came out these are what built a lot of the classic hot rods, unless you want to also start bending curves in the panels.
My wife wants to see the pink jeep work and we both enjoy the videos with her in it. 😁

Great setup. The guy who modded the RSX trailing arm said after making the slots, the alignment shop was able to get perfect alignment!!! Hope it works out
