Watch your mouth woman I knew we'd be 3-0. Brian Flores said he was constructing a scheme to shut down the Shanahan-style offense and we've seen it two weeks in a row now. We knew that our defense was 11th in DVOA last season with an offense that turned the ball over repeatedly in the second half of the season (and got better in the offseason), we knew Sam would be the starter, we knew he had the talent, we knew that PFF graded our offensive line 8th last year, we knew that we have one of the best arsenals of pass catchers in the NFL, we knew that we got a massive upgrade at RB, and we knew that we have the best duo of Head Coach and Opposite Coordinator in the NFL.

Not lying. I commented dozens of times saying I thought the Vikes would start 5-0, or 4-1, with the reasons why, Darnold operating the offence efficiently, KOCs playcalling, a solid O Line and improved weapons for Sam, and Flores with his bought to order bespoke, young, faster, deeper and more versatile defence.
Now, I can't see their first loss. With Addison, Turner and Hockenson all due back soon, and the AFC South and Bears all looking like bottom tier teams. 10-0 or 11-0 doesn't seem unrealistic.

The weakness this year for the Vikings was the interior defensive line and cornerbacks, after signing Gilmore and operating an offense that has held the lead the entire season teams aren't running against the Vikings. That's winning football.
