The greatest running joke in all of the series is how despite how Dumped on Gary the man is just absolutly contempt with his life. A knockout wife who genuinely loves him and he genuinely loves her, he has phenomenal artistic skills and he somehow was so good as a mayor he had a electoral streak of at least like 10 elections.
