8 Principles I organise my life with as a Stanford Student | Notion, Time Management, Journaling
Показать описание
Hey guys!! This is my very first Productivity video, and I couldn't be more excited to share it with all of you. I don't think I'm the most productive person alive, however, while applying to Stanford, and while working as an entrepreneur, these are some of the practices that I use to organise my life. In the first section I talk about Journalling, why I keep a journal, and how I use it to track my habits with a habit tracker - specifically a Martin's System. Then, I go on to speak about a concept I love called Non Negotiables.
In the second segment of the video, I take you guys through Notion, a productivity and project management software. I use Notion for a variety of purposes, however, in this video I show you guys how I utilise Notion for Relationship management and Daily reflection journalling.
In the last segment of the video, I jump into my relationship with time and four principles I believe have served me well. The 2x rule, Parkinson's Law, 60 seconds or less, and finally, Prioritise & Execute - a concept I took from the book Extreme Ownership - How Navy Seals Lead & Win.
A little bit about me -
