It has been 14 hours that I have watched this entire interview and I am appalled and so broken by how this govt is handling this. Politics is a dirty game, we used to see it in 90s movies. But press conference after press conference, how they have shamed a woman to speak up is beyond shame.

I am ready to accept for a second that she is lying, and she is a so-called ‘BJP agent’, but where is the grace in AAP? Have you lost all decency as human beings?

You are asking questions, like, ‘Kapde too nahi fate hue’, ‘ye kaunsi chot hey jo 4 din baad dard deti hey’, and as Swati said, ‘aap sadak par utar gaye too protest against the arrest of Bibhav Kumar’.

Where is POSH at the workplace here? Swati should sue AAP for discussing the case openly by her workplace colleagues which is anyway under investigation.

How will a normal woman raise her voice if she suffers any kind of violence at her workplace when we are so blatantly normalising victim shaming. What is seriously going on in the national capital of India? I am feeling even more unsafe as a woman living in Delhi than I was when Nirbhaya happened. At least we were out there raging at our govt, but this time, the govt is openly and disgustingly supporting the accused. It is high time the people of this country wake up and give a strong response to this!

I am a lawyer delay in FIR is fatal against the prosecution.but 3 days does not considered as delay according to law. Even she took 10 to 15 days it wouldn't go against her because crime against women are different from crime against men under the presumption of law.
