what face of the Acrylic board should touch the backplane? (i mean the dotted face or the flat face to the blackplane side)
Also, what is the material of the front panels where the metalic screws placed, look to be not glass?

Have you tried using black light LEDs combined with fluorescent prints?

What if we don't print small dots? Are small dots printed with white ink or transparent? What is the purpose of white dots?
