Great suggestions for poses, and structural cues. Being mindful when transitioning into side plank to keep the shoulder wrapping down the back is helpful, and maybe turning the hand out to prevent strain. I’ve seen a lot of injuries from students not doing that would be my only addition. Really solid video!
