Tommy Bolin. Had he lived, he would have continued to not only blown all of us away with whatever he would have had the chance to continue to create, but he also would have continued to blow away his contemporaries, like Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Alex Lifeson, etc. Tommy Bolin was a true artist in the sense of the word. He is truly missed.

I saw Billy Cobham with George Duke at a small club in Houston in 1974. All the band was dressed casually cool..but they had this white guy who was a bit disheveled looking. He was holding a guitar. They played quadrant 4 and that dishelved guitarist smoked it. I kinda knew who he was but i didn’t realize just how bad he was until then. That was Tommy Bolin.
