Dear person reading this…

I know how hard it can be. I know the depth of pain life can hand you. I know how overwhelming it feels to take that first step—whether it’s to heal old wounds, move your body again, leave a bad situation, or reconnect with yourself.

But I want you to think about your future self. The version of you who will thank you, from the bottom of their heart, for your courage today.

Courage to keep going.
Courage to choose yourself.
Courage to trust that even in the hardest moments, there’s a path forward.

This is everything I believe in—the culmination of my fitness journey, my faith journey, and my journey back to me.

I believe in movement as healing. I believe in strengthening not just your body, but your mind and spirit. I believe in reconnecting with God, the universe, or whatever gives you a sense of peace.
