Doctors warning of 'twin-demic' involving flu and COVID-19

A Mayo Clinic infectious disease expert said the flu and coronavirus are different, but they can be contracted the same way. Doctors are warning of a "twin-demic".

If there is a surge of influenza this year in the States, it will most likely be in the Anti-Masker population because the public health recommendations for avoiding SARS-Cov2 infection is identical to the recommendations for Influenza. Both Australia and New Zealand have gone thru the past 6 months without experiencing a surge in influenza cases, so we should be able to do the same.
