I have two favourite couples this year and John and Johannes are one of them. Consistently giving good performances, John makes a lovely dancer. I have to admit that I'd never heard of John before this year's Strictly as I'm not a fan of cooking shows and never watch them. I hope he carries on with the dancing after the show has finished.

Loved this - that was a proper solid Quickstep, lots of content and never mind what Craig said, if you can dance something well in your routine once, why not dance it twice! The Jette's were great, fleet footwork, light and shade, a bit of gapping yes, and John could work on getting a little more flexibility in his spine which would enable him to adopt a softer line. I'm not a fan of the exaggerated backbend, but a little curve in John posture when he is dancing as the follower wouldn't go amiss. But overall I thought this was a great routine and they performed it really well. They are in my top 3 and I will enjoy watching them all the way to the final.

Love it! Was nervous about this after all the gapping in the American smooth but this was a definite improvement in that area!
