Between Joe Judge, Matt Patricia, and now Brian Flores, this "bully coach" culture that these coaches from the Belichick tree seem to enforce just doesn't seem to usually work out in the NFL among head coaches. These are grown men making millions of dollars, not high school kids.

It's called tough love. Look at baseball for example. Coaches that call players out to the media get fired immediately.. these players nowadays are soft

Brian Flores didn’t want Tua and he let it be known that he wasn’t pleased with the decision by Miami to pick him in the draft. He wanted Justin Herbert and also made it known that he thought Herbert was much better than Tua. Flores treated Tua like a child he didn’t want after he got a girl pregnant. And that’s why Brian Flores will probably never get another HC job in the NFL again. Can’t treat people that way whether you wanted them or not.

All this tells me is that Tua is soft like Charmin. Flores used it as motivation. If Flores thought he was that bad, he wouldn't be starting. He's not Top 10. Ryan came back weak after new his contract.
