Our factory plant was about 26,000 square meters with 120-130 workers and including our Sewing team. We developed many kinds of new foam material to use for mattress and pillows for Human. Also started to attend many mattress furniture exhibitions in China and other countries.

I use to work in a foam factory for 15 years, I cut patterns, work in the convoluted machine, I learn to work on all the machines, ...long ago, I miss my friends there and loved my job.

I work at a foam fabricating company company, and have to that the guy walking on the carousel while it was running is stupid because that is so dangerous, we have a laser fence so our carousel shuts down when you cross it. Also at time stamp 2:08 are you cutting that foam, on the slitter, with the backside of the blade or do you never sharpen you blades? There is no reason for that slab of foam the lift up when it contacts the blade.

I bought a mattress, it was white foam with the yellow latex layer...I had to get rid of it, the gas off smell was too much...I couldn't go into my home without wanting to throw up...I bought a bamboo pillow too and it had the same smell but I soaked it a few times and its good now

Done that too. worked the lamination machine for carpet under padding. watching big loaves of foam rise was cool.

This is the slowest manufacturing process I have seen…akin to watching water boil. With that said, I finally see how Mike Lindell makes his “My Pillows” (9:25). According to the video, it appears they are produced from remnants of leftover mattress foam.
