The IMMORAL Weapon That Let Non-Force Sensitives 'Use the Force' - Star Wars

Throughout the Clone Wars and beyond, non force sensitive equalists around the galaxy believed that those who wielded the force were oppressing them and holding them down from their true power. As a result, some of these equalists got together to create a devastating weapon, which allowed them to wield a power resembling the force, hoping to gain the upper hand on force users… The device was considered an unnatural abomination which tried to make the force a slave to humanity, which honestly terrified most force users.
So, lets break down the Repulse hand, and why it was despised!

The respule hand was a weaponized prosthetic which was created and manufactured by a cybernetics company called “Control Zone Limited”. This company specialized in creating prosthetic limbs and weapons, and it was rumored that their leadership had a strong hatred for anyone lucky enough to granted the ability to use the force… and that would definitely explain why they created this company.

Either way, not long after forming the company, they devised a brand new cybernetic weapon which served as a replacement for biological hands. To use the device, you’d have to have your hand surgically removed and replaced with the new technology, which might seem gruesome, but for those who hated force users to their core, this was only a small price to pay.

Unlike most prosthetics sold in the galaxy, the company chose not to coat this one with synthskin, which was almost indistinguishable from real, human skin, mostly so that the users of it could strike fear into their enemies when they saw it… Also, because they probably wanted to increase their brand recognition. On top of this, the company also refused to place a sensory interface in the device, which would usually allow its user to feel things, because if they did, they would constantly feel a crushing pain due to the technology that they were using to replicate the force. For the users of this weapon, presentability was never a concern. They simply wanted sheer power.

Long ago I made a droid bounty hunter character who modified himself to be like a Jedi. He had repulsor technology implanted to mimic basic Force abilities and used a San-Ni staff, basically an electric three section staff, as his melee weapon in addition to blasters. He did this because he admired the Jedi and their dedication to helping others, at least until he eventually discovered that they were much more flawed than he thought.

The Republic Commandos have a similar weapon built in their arms. I think it can either push things away or pull things towards the user

In my view, not immoral, and should have been developed further to create a tool that could be used for peacetime and search and rescue. This did not interact with the force at all, and so the jedi should not comment on it other than its application against the innocent, which could be said of any weapon. A miniature repulsor tuned to lift but not harm could have just as easily been devloped from this tech, and would have become a useful tool for the galaxy at large. Akin to dead space's Kenisis module, this could have improved the lives of engineers and rescue workers.

Kind of seems hypicritical of the Jedi to feel this way, like alot of them used the force for their own means than rather the greater good.
