Case CE Teases New Utility Plus Backhoe

Case CE gave attendees at the ARA Show preview of its new Utility Plus backhoe loader - one of more than 30 new machines set to officially launch at Conexpo-Con/Agg 2023.

The economical model removes some of the bells and whistles of a standard loader, resulting in a 15-20% lower purchase price, says Dave Garton, manager of national accounts, Case CE.

It offers rental companies the opportunity to “finally make money renting a backhoe,” says Garton. “It’s a full-size backhoe that smaller rental companies can get into at a more reasonable price.”

While no official specs were shared by the manufacturer, Garton says the machine is similar in size to Case’s 580N EP backhoe.

Wondering why we can’t get the backhoes with the vertical out rigs in the US. All other countries have the vertical out riggers that great for lot space and the boom can slide to the left or right.

that tractor is a huge step back from the N series backhoe, I was expecting a new replacement for the current N series.

Don't care for the external extenda hoe. Old box type was better.
