Speed Test : iOS 13 Beta 8 / Public Beta 7 versus iOS 12.4 (Build 17A5572a)

iOS 13 Beta 8 is out, just 6 days after the release of Beta 7. This
time the size of the update is around 120-140MB depending
of your device. Even though the 2 x App launch speed has been
live since Beta 5, we have not seen it widely implemented in
many apps yet. Twitter is showing some good signs but we
are still waiting for the big bang. Most likely we will not see
this until after the final version has been released.

Remember to subscribe, studies show that subscribers iPhones are

Everyone keeps talking about how Apple's new phones suck... But it's the older ones that are super impressive. The software optimization is absolutely insane and still getting BETTER for phones that are more than 2 years old! Props to Apple. You don't get this on any android devices.

Speed is already good in IOS 13, now only need optimation in UI smoothness and Battery life need to be better, With low power mode on iPhone 7 Plus, i only got 4, 5 SOT and one day of use

I for my part was blown away by how fast apps launch when in Low Power Mode with PB 6. I imagine it can only get better from here on.
I have been really happy with how iOS 13 performance right now after I have initially tested the first beta on my 10 and immediately „downgraded“ to iOS 12.3 again. But since beta 4 I feel actually comfortable using it on my daily driver. Except for Runtastic everything seems to work just great and apart from a few instances were I see myself forced to restart the phone it’s been a really good experience for me so far. Although I noticed some of when playing games. Lag in terms of the screen not reacting as fast as usual, but I take that for what iOS 13 otherwise delivers.

It's funny that the Weather app shows different temperatures for the same place on the 2 different iOS versions on the iPhone 8: Cupertino 76 / 79 at 18:40 then for Sacramento 80 / 82 at 20:46 ... does this mean iOS 13 is hotter? :-P
