It’s wild because once you have the moment where everything becomes crystal clear and Jesus is the way it actually becomes harder to crucify the passions and sinful wants. Becoming closer to God does make life better there’s no doubt about it but by doing that you realize just how sinful you really are. Certain actions that you never really thought twice about before, gossiping with other people about other people. Just your thoughts alone is like I can’t even think this right now. It’s so hard because now all of your thoughts all of the words you speak and things you do always on your conscience. These days I find myself asking questions and talking to God more than just before bed at night. The fact remains, Jesus is king and being accept by Jesus should be at the very top of the list every single day.
