You reference the surge in Iraq at 9:00m. The reason why they were hesitant to commit to the surge was because that was all the fighting personel we had available. That was it. The entire United States Army was in Iraq. That's what it took to calm things down. I heard that from General Petraeus when he was on one of those intellectual talk shows.
