If you think the housing crisis isn’t by design, you’re not incorrect, you’re in denial. It’s literally so obviously a corrupted system of housing development that if you disagree, the obligation is on you to explain how all these policies between immigration, red tape and building permits aren’t literally the perfect design to decrease housing while increasing costs. The math, in literal and quantifiable terms, adds up to more expensive housing along with less housing to access.
