We were just at the linq! I love the feel of that hotel. We had to cope with sticker shock and we had trouble with our rewards deals and comps. It’s strange to see all the little kids on the strip..idk why people would bring a bunch of kids or toddlers there. I don’t judge, I just don’t get it and it feels weird to party Vegas style with a bunch of 6 year old around. Just my 2 cents.

I just got back from a trip to Vegas, I stayed at the Flamingo 7/7-7/10. I had a blast!! I stumbled on your channel when I got back and I am in love!! Thank you for very detailed videos. I lived in Vegas 10 years ago and stayed in a lot of hotels on the strip back then so it’s nice to see some old memories and some of the updated rooms!

Fantastic video. I have been a Caesars Total Rewards Diamond member for years, and have stayed in every Vegas property except the Linq. But on my upcoming trip in 3 weeks, I will be staying for the first time at this hotel, since they fully comped me a King Suite for 7 nights. It is a much bigger room, and for free, it certainly can't be beat. Looking forward to staying there for the first time. And that Favorite Bistro is absolutely on my list for breakfast, Happy Hour, etc. I looked at the menu, and it looks awesome. Thanks for this video!!

I’m over 45 (lol) but the Linq area is where I spend most of my time, I either stay at the Flamingo or the Linq. I can be there for days without leaving the promenade. My favorite spot on the strip; hands down!

Awesome review James! Including the Linq promenade, this was probably the best property refresh without doing a complete tear down. Combined with Flamingo and Harrahs, this is a great option for casual dining and gaming.

I watched your videos prior to booking a resort in Punta Cana last year, and your review of Majestic Elegance was spot on. I didn't think to check your channel prior to booking my room at the Linq this year, so I'm happy to see you enjoyed it. I stayed there years ago when it was Imperial Palace, and chose it again this year for the same reason - location.

Another superlative Coolist review. The production and presentation are unparalleled. After your review I will definitely stay at the Linq...and yes, I'm over 45. Not a fan of any music at pools, but I can go elsewhere if I want to.

Glad that you pointed out the location, and proximity to the Promenade. I see no reason that you shouldn't accept comps. Your history illustrates your coherent, unbiased and honest take on these properties.

Stay last December; I think you nail it. It is a great base out and easy to walk around many casinos. The wife and I, the 55+ club, agreed on it for 45 and below, but it worked for us.
