Sardinia, we always heard from other travellers this is a WILD island. So we went on a mission to find out if this is Europe's best wild overland and adventure destination.

I enjoy watching these videos. I’m American and have lived abroad in France for the past 4 years. I loved off roading/ camping in the US. I have no drivers license here and no car, I missed it a lot so I just recently bought an FJ cruiser in california where I’m from so that I can take trips back home and do some adventures. Just got back from a week long trip in Moab Utah, i really needed it for my mental state. For a while I was considering getting my license in France and buying a car to overland here, but I decided on the US because I’m just much more comfortable and confident traveling around the states than I would be in these countries. I think I made the right choice but I still like to watch these videos and other Euro overlanders to see what it’s like here.

Amazing video! me and my friends are planning a 4x4 trip to Sardinia next year and we've been told that we need a guide or we will get heavily find while driving on the moutain trails. did you run into some hassle with the local or local police? thanks.

in warmer months the sea will be better, it's like a swimming pool with crystal clear water, warmer and with no waves. I suggest you to go in june, july or september. Maybe avoid august to hot and more crowed
