If he paid his contribution in it, why would he feel guilty? If you pay your taxes, you have the right to receive that service. It's different than supporting the elimination of that service.

There is something off about a man who is making nearly $200K a year with amazing health and travel benefits and a forthcoming, extremely generous pension is also receiving Social Security.
