Mercedes-Benz gl450 amplifier installation

Hello I installed an amp with sub in my gl450 just because the OEM doesn't have any bass sound

Man, it seems like you are very efficient at getting and finding the info about Mercedes wiring or anything about how their car is configured; cause they work very hard to keep that information from the people who own their products so that they can't fix anything on their own. I was replacing a bad 30 pin aux cable that's connecting to the iPod interface box, soon I set everything back the radio has no sound and the cd changer and sound icons have disappeared from the command unit, the cd changer itself doesn't power, checked optical signal at the command unit I am getting 4 pulses, at the cd changer only getting 2 blinks from the cd changer but the CD changer unit appears not to power on, under the driver side back seat there is the sirus satellite box that appears not to power on as well because the fiber optic there doesn't even blink, few monts ago I took my car to Walmart and asked them to replace my backup light bulb, the guy that did the job appeared to struggled to do it and I am seeing a free female wire hanging in that trunk fuse compartment that's not plugged into anything can that be the reason why my cd changer and satellite box aren't powering; I just don't wanna bypass those components because I like to play my old school cd and listen to Sirius radio sometimes If you can would you please help point out to me the origine of power to the cd changer and satellite. Is that power cable that's connected to the cd changer along the fiber optic came from the harness that's connected to the command unit or it came directly from the battery?
