Saved me the hassle of bringing 16kg for servicing such a simple DIY fixit that can be so simple done at home. My X2 is back wo the malfunction message The Cleaning Sink Is Full!! Thank you sir. The CS in Singapore also suck all they did was ask me to make an appmt to bring the bot in & that’s when I chanced upon this amazing YouTube video! Thank you sir!!!

Worked on our T20 Omni as well. Also stripped the robot and cleaned everything. Replaced filter, brush and pads and it’s working like new. Love your work Sir.

It didn't solve my issue completely tho, there were debris in the channel that connects the LEFT hole (bigger hole) of the dirty water tank to the sink.

You just want to apply pressure with a siringe or a long tube and using your lungs to let the debris pop out. Now it works like a charm!!

Make sure you don't apply pressure to the little hole, right hole, because it seems to be directly connected to the pump.

I had the same problem. I install a rubber oring seal at the base of the original seal for the dirty water tank. Since this improve, I never face the problem again.

Make sure there isn't any debris in the cleaning sink. I had 2 rather large pieces of plastic lodge in the crevices. Also gently pull up on the clean and dirty water tank and try not to drop them in when you add or empty the water. The weight from dropping the water tank in may put pressure on those rubber fittings restricting the suction power.
You can start the wash in the app and gently lift the cleaning sink. That's what worked for me.

When you try to drain the sink, does the pump make any noise? I’ve tried everything others suggested, but mine is still not working.

I think there might be a problem with the pump. When I press the button for 5 seconds, it only dispenses clean water, but there’s no noise or any sign of the pump trying to drain the base.

In the video you removed two rubber ports and explained to not push down to hard when reinstalling but what purpose does the right most port have? The left one is the path for dirty water to exit the sink so why and for what reason is there a port on the right side?
