Great Mr Penguin, but of course it will also delete files with text, beginning with numbers. Wouldn't it be better to find an empty line and two lines below beginning with [0-9] and then delete it? Of course first occurence is then the other issue :)

If I don't need to delete the entire line, but only need to delete the date before the text message at the beginning of the line?
