The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) has cancelled the remaining Class 10 and Class 12 examinations scheduled to be conducted between July 1 and July 15 due to COVID19 pandemic.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta on Thursday told a Bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar that a scheme has been prepared under which Class 12 students will be assessed on the basis of last three examinations or they can opt for examinations to be conducted later.

"So you are giving an option to Class 12 students to either to get marks on internal assessment basis or to appear for an examination later..." the Bench asked.
The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
