Ohh I'm so happy that you did this video!! You were my motivation to try sublimation! I remember zooming in your videos to see what you were using as tool for mug Sublimation xP

Now, I use the epson WorkForce WF-7720 - I could find one of these for a very low price! I wanted this printer because I knew I could switch between normal inks and sublimation inks.

I have this freesub machine and it's a really good machine. You can find it for a good price on Amazon canada! I didn't know about the warm water trick :O I'm going to try that for sure!
