Loved working under Dr. Khan’s leadership at CDC. Very knowledgeable & personable. He spent time with our kids on bring your kids to work day. Hated to see him leave. Glad to see him on CNN this am speaking out on COVID-19 response. Infectious disease and zoonotics needs to be delved into more in our public school systems so we can know the why behind the what at an early age and embrace healthy behaviors and attitudes so we can collectively fight and slow these disease spreads.

Well said. Now it's 2020. Too late. Apparently intelligence doesn't mean much anymore. All our sophisticated science and systems couldn't prevent Covid 19. What a sad world.
