Yes!! My friend and I were in the hallway of the theater and I heard Father Alars VOICE!! So I ran in and watched till the end!
He should have spoken BEFORE the credits rolled🤗

There’s a Purgatory Museum in a church in Rome. Has things like pages of a book scorched by a soul allowed to leave purgatory on some divine errand.

I saw it last Monday and the same thing happened to us too. We were waiting a long time and the movie wasn't playing and somebody had to go and ask for assistance. Finally, when it started playing, it was about 15 minutes into the movie so they had to rewind . And the weirdest thing happened to me as I was driving home, I missed my turn so my GPS recalculated. Guess where my GPS sent me? Queen of Heaven Cemetery! I laughed and said 'Okay Holy Souls, you obviously wanted me to check you all out. This is for you....' I prayed the Requiem as I passed the cemetery.

Coming from a Catholic upbringing, myself
I would recommend reading the lives of the Saints in this regard. I would also read excerpts from Saint Faustina's diary...there she speaks of purgatory a great deal.
Purgatory is a place of God's mercy and not just " punishment" or "purgation". purifying love..as 1 Catholic artist had called it.
It remains a mystery...and many of the poor souls suffer...so we pray for them to help them in their purification so as to enter the fullnes of the kingdom of heaven.
We also commend the souls of the departed to God's mercy and His just judgement.
On Purgatory, Jesus told Faustina
That His mercy did not want this but His justice demands it.
Furthermore, the souls in purgatory are Not cut off from God's mercy and holiness but rather more closely immersed in it.

The trailer makes it look like it is mostly acted but it’s more like a documentary. Really good though. Makes you want to pray for the poor souls.

Holy, suffering, poor, forgotten souls, i love them just go to cemetery pray saint Gertrude prayer, walk and pray the rosary and sprinkle holy water. Very powerful charitable act
