Hexagons are the bestagons. Nice idea on the shelves.

One can also use an F or C clamp at 14:27 instead of a hand, or double-sided tape, or a toggle clamp. And with a little more scrap wood the jig can have a guide that wraps over the fence that prevents wandering away from the fence while pushing through the blade. Also we need to see a picture of toddler Scott folding serviettes. :)

I really liked how the napkin holder came out! The only problem is, I have to use only white paper towels, I don't know what I'm going to do with all my odies oil napkins now 😂

I would think it be better to have the whole surface of the inside of your snow capped mountain napkin holder as they moght snag on the rough surface.

There is a much more budget friendly way to find hidden nails and screws, and I'm not saying that $20 is NOT budget friendly, because it is. Magnets that just about everyone already has in their homes are great {ferrous} metal detectors. These same magnets can also serve as stud finders because, they can very easily find the nails or screws that were used to hang the drywall.

I actually got a delivery of some cherry and it came on a pallet (from WoodWorker Source) I was going to just use magnets to look for nails, but that sick holster sold me! And yes, that napkin holder is cute! 😁

Waiting for all the confused Americans to show up in the comments asking "What are Serviettes?"

Hi Scott, I have some palletwood treated with boiled flax seed oil. Could I use your vinegar and steelwool trick without sanding to darken the wood?
