How to EASILY beat Anemo Hypostasis in Genshin Impact - Free to Play Friendly!

Like I said, Venti is COMPLETELY optional I don't even use him in the fight. You only use 2 Anemo and 2 Pyro units just for the damage bonus and stamina bonus and you don't even need them.

In this video, I beat Anemo Hypostasis without taking any damage.

Xiangling is free right now (Oct 6 2020) if you beat Abyss 3 Chamber 3. Amber is also free in general and is a really good unit for this fight because she can inflict Pyro at a distance (she is the only ranged Pyro unit in the game as of Oct 6 2020) As a whole, Anemo Hypostasis is possible and easy with any unit in the game, though Anemo units will find themselves unable to deal damage with their Elemental Skills or Bursts.

MANDATORY UNITS:
None

IDEAL UNITS:
Xiangling
Diluc
Amber
Bennet (Only Charge 1 stage for EDPS)
Fischl

MAYBE AVOID THESE UNITS FOR DPS:
Venti (Not unless Constellation 1 or higher, if he's Constellation 1 or higher he is fine. You can use him for Updraft on demand otherwise)
Anemo Traveler
Sucrose
Xiao
Jean

Anemo Hypostasis is completely immune to Anemos damage so I would not recommend bringing an Anemo unit for DPS here unless it's Venti with Constellation 1 or higher, because his extra arrows can Shotgun.

That's it. Amber makes this fight easy peasy. You can do this fight with less gear than me at a lower level than me.

I beat my first Anemo Hypostasis at AR8 on my first try. Gear and level only let you make more mistakes.

This is the only hypostasis I avoided at all costs until I pulled Jean a while back and haven't been able to ascend her or my Sucrose so now I'm drowning. This technique worked well for me by switching out Amber with Yanfei so thank you for saving my anemo queens from the sidelines!

I tried this boss underleveled. 20 or so minutes later I got him to 5% health, got confused on what to do and he healed all his health back. I may or may not have rage quit 🙃

A tip for new genshin players: make sure to ascend your characters with all the materials BEFORE you level up your world. I made the wrong mistake and now I have severely underleved characters in world 4 and I can barely play the game now.

You can combo electro and pyro damage for some good chunk of DPS on it's damage stages. Fischl's Oz and Xiangling's Guoba works wonders together. Also, do not bring Sucrose. She's the only anemo character that uses a Catalyst as a weapon, which means that every attack of her is anemo damage, so she does no damage at all. Lisa's basic attacks together with Xiangling's Guoba should do the job for a F2P party. Good video showing all the attacks, keep it up!
