Lekato WS-80 - The Best Value and Great Sounding Guitar Wireless system...

Guitar wireless systems have been around a long time, but it’s been a tortuous journey trying to make radio waves work, and the. There’s the issue of channels being shared by taxi firms, road workers, etc...

Then they became digital. Massive gain in sound quality, and multi channel systems.

Now, there’s a system that offers what you need (and nothing you don’t) with great sound and great value.

Cue the Lekato WS-80 system. Three small bits: transmitter, receiver and a short cable to charge the batteries that offer up to 8 hours’ use. A great bit of kit that works straight out of the box!

The range is quoted as 100 ft, which is ample. If you’re 100ft away from your amp, the rhythm will be terrible and you’ll get a roasting from your fellow band members who are on stage!

I bought these on a whim but now use them for all my gigs. I have no problems at all playing medium sized (2-400 people) venues on good sized stages. I also used them at a very large function show (2000 people) on a pro silent stage. Totally worth the money.

I bought 2 of these to use for bass and guitar in my solo act. Using only one at a time they work great. When I run them at the same time, I keep losing signal. I can change channels and usually resolve it, but the fix is temporary. Sometimes when I lose signal the receiver light flashes as it should sometimes it doesn't. The receivers are only 2-3 ft away. Contacted Lekato and got nothing for help. I have ordered a WS-70 which is UHF, it should work better with the 80 as there is no opportunity for Interference.

On the plus side, the WS-80 runs 8hrs + on a charge and recharges in a couple hours or less.

Nice. I picked up an Ammoon version of this for about the same money for Christmas. Works flawlessly. I needed a new strap so thought it was worth a punt.

I wonder could this be used with a microphone (with a 1/4 inch connection). My missus is doing some workshops and classes and would like to be mic'd, but we don't want to fork out on a PA. I was thinking I could put my little bass amp in the corner of the room.

Cool. Indoors the range will be a little better, bacause the signal has something to bounce on an off. On the open field, it will be worse. What frequency is it using? Is it standard 2, 4 GHz wifi? I like it very much, because it is legal to use everywhere.

Add AIAIAI ultra low latency headphones then you really are in wireless paradise. Highly recommended
