Pour the floor first. Let it set up then plywood installed for forms. Then pour cement inside the forms. Let it set up then take plywood forms off.
Or you can have the whole thing installed with pvc. That is the way to go now days.

اذا كان صب هذه. الارضيه من اجل خزان ماء كن على ثقه ان هذا العمل غير مجدي اطلاقا" لعدة امور اول شيء نسبة الماء كثيره. بخلطة الاسمنت مما يؤدي لتشقق بعد فتره الشيء الثاني بالنسبه لبناء خزانات المياه الجدران تصب مع الارضيه على ان يكون الاسمنت ليس بهذا الشكل. . لو عملت فحص لهذا الاسمنت اكيد أنه لن ينجح اطلاقا"
