FULL factory RESET XIAOMI True Wireless Earbuds Basic S REDMI MI etc

How to fully reset or factory reset the Xiaomi TWS Basic S and basic 2 earbuds. Also how to clear pairing information and settings to allow pairing with a new device.

Clear pairing data
1 Take out the charged earbuds from the charging case.
2 Press and hold the touch sensors / buttons to power down the buds, the red light should show briefly.
3 Press and hold the touch sensor / buttons on both earbuds until both buds flash red and white once.
4 put the earbuds back in the charging case briefly
5 Take out both buds and they will enter pairing mode
6 Look for the device in the phone / tablet / PC and choose the device that is called earbud_R or similar. The right side bud is the main device for pairing (master bud)

Full Factory Reset
1 Take out the charged earbuds from the charging case.
2 Press and hold the touch sensors / buttons to power down the buds, the red light should show briefly.
3 Press and hold the touch sensor / buttons on both earbuds until both buds flash red and white TWICE. there will be a short pause between the red and white flash (approx 3 seconds or so)
4 put the earbuds back in the charging case and leave for 30 seconds.
5 Take out both buds and they will enter pairing mode
6 Look for the device in the phone / tablet / PC and choose the device that is called earbud_R or similar. The right side bud is the main device for pairing (master bud)

Hey! No matter how long I hold my earbuds for a factory reset, the red and white light does not come on. It simply keeps blinking white light. Do you know why this is the case?

hi, i have a problem with the left earphone, the right one works flawlessly, but the left one does not react at all, when i put it in the box, the diode lights up red as if the handset is charging, but after removing the red diode, of course, it disappears and that's it, it can't be turned on or nothing, I will add that when it is in the box, it is charged non stop and yet it does not turn on after removal. What can i do?
