PPL is a great monthly dividend stock in the energy sector. However, does their fundamentals support them as an awesome passive income money generating stock, or are those dividends unsustainable?

I am convinced 100% pembina is a very good company but you need to get in when it is cheap.

But in Canada the biggest pusher is PKI ticker fasgas wich is heavily tied to chevron? Why does one ☝️ go down and the other up.

Anything paying a dividend getting hurt by 4% 10 year bonds. Waiting for a bottom.

I don't know if i did the right think or not, but I sold my PPL. I needed a feel good story in my WS TFA LOL. I sold it at the end of May when I was up 22%, and sat on the money. Feeling better now about the decision with the recent price drop, and decided this week to add the proceeds to some of my highest conviction stock which are at Boxing Day sales prices!

Monthly dividend? HA! in Jan, 023 they abruptly shifted over to Quarterly. Over the next 90 days, the price started to fail every week.

I like the oil and gas pipeline companies as they seem to be a bit more resilient towards any volatility in oil prices than the other energy companies

Thanks for the analysis. The numbers don’t really look promising, they also had a 66% dividend cut about 15 years ago. I’d stay away from PPL for now.
