How Dumb Are Australians?

We came across a video of an American man interviewing what he referred to as 'dumb' Australians. We thought the video was rather biased and decided to see for ourselves how 'dumb' Australians really are.

Please Note at 1:11: ACT and Northern Territory are NOT states. We gave him a correct tick on account of him naming the 6 correct states.

An update to the previous comment. Although I may have incorrectly assumed the quantity of individuals involved, my comment was still significant in the aspect that it still highlights that Australia has many diverse communities. Though I'm Australian that doesn't mean I think most of them are smart. I do agree that most of them a idiots. But then again most people are idiots. Idiots are everywhere.

They do a whole lot better than Americans do when asked such questions. You ask them to name some US states they’ll say “uh….Boston, France, Hollywood, China, and uh….Kardashian?!?!?”
That being said Australian education is deteriorating rapidly so it’s going to get a whole lot worse. But it’s been deteriorating for 20 years while American education has been deteriorating for nearly 60.
