They will not erase those student loans I only had one credit bureau to erase them all but the other two will not. It’s been 5 years of this consistent battle.

here's the situation: Nov 2017, it went delinquent; made payments Sept and Oct 2019; they charged the account off Nov 2019. I never received a 1099-C. I spoke to the Experian today. They said the 7-year period starts from the date of the charge off. And that means I'd wait until Nov 2026. I checked the FCRA, and it states it is 7 years from the first delinquent payment and not the charge off date. I was reaching out to Experian to do an early exclusion, but they are saying they can't because the date for that would need to be 6 months before Nov 2026. Is it not the law that 7 years starts from the first late payment?

Also i would attack the furnisher also who is reporting the charge offs k owing charge off are illegal because they have to report it on there taxes and you as income to write it off

I need help with the Basics of understanding consumer LAW to better understand the game and I need help to clean up my credit. Its been 3 years since a business deal went bad and my credit has been messed up every since. I dont know who to trust, and I dont know who to seek out.
