Nice! Looks like a good motor setup for a kayak. I had an intex excursion 4 and a motor mount that was a lot of fun with only a 30lb minn kota on it. I sold it when I got my hard body yak but wish I hadn't. The excursion boat was so comfortable and plenty room inside compared to my yak.

Those motors are designed to push bigger boats I wonder if you could re pitch the Propeller
